You and your child come to see the classrooms, meet the teachers and try out the learning spaces.

3. Advice

Our admissions team advises on the programme, the right class for your child's age and the start date.

4. Enrol

Complete the paperwork, collect the uniform and start the first happy days at school.

Fees

Fees depend on the programme (Bilingual or Intensive English) and your child's class. Message the campus nearest you on Zalo to receive the fee schedule and current offers, or leave your details and our admissions team will send them with full advice.

Opening hours

Monday – Saturday, 7:00 – 17:00 at all three campuses. Hai Phong also offers late pick-up until 18:00.

Questions parents often ask

What age do you accept children from?
All three Hugo House campuses accept children from 18 months, in two toddler groups (18–24 months and 24–36 months) and the Nursery (3 years), Pre-K (4 years) and Kindergarten (5 years) classes.
What are the school hours?
Monday to Saturday, 7:00 – 17:00 at all three campuses. Hugo House Hai Phong also offers late pick-up until 18:00. If you need a later pick-up at Van Phuc or Ben Luc, please talk to the school in advance.
How much are the fees?
Fees depend on the programme (Bilingual or Intensive English) and your child's age. Message the campus nearest you on Zalo or call the hotline for details and current offers.
How many children and teachers are in each class?
Classes are kept small so teachers can look after every child closely. The child–teacher ratio is 10:1 for ages 3–5 and 6:1 to 7:1 for toddlers, depending on the age group.
Do you have international teachers? Do they speak English with parents?
Yes. Children learn English every day with international teachers: the Bilingual programme has morning Circle time and afternoon English, and the Intensive English programme has a dedicated English lesson every day. When you book a visit, let us know if you would prefer to communicate in English.
Which meals does my child have at school?
Every day children have breakfast, a mid-morning snack (milk), lunch, an afternoon meal and an afternoon snack. Menus change weekly and food comes from trusted suppliers.
How do I keep up with my child's day?
Teachers update parents every day through the MISA EMIS app and at drop-off and pick-up: meals, sleep, health and activities. You can arrange to meet the teacher or the school leadership at any time.
Is there a school bus?
Hugo House Hai Phong has a school bus service. At Van Phuc and Ben Luc, please contact the school to discuss transport.
Can my child try the school before enrolling?
You can book a visit for your child to see the classroom and meet the teachers before you decide. In the first days after enrolment, teachers will plan with you so your child settles in gradually.
What documents do I need to enrol?
An application form (school template), a copy of your child's birth certificate, a copy of the vaccination record, a passport-size photo of your child and parents' contact details. The admissions team will send you the full list when you register.
