Hugo House Van Phuc has a ground floor, two upper floors and a rooftop terrace. Its 14 classrooms are set in bright, airy spots. The garden has a swimming pool, a vegetable patch and areas for playing with soil, sand and water; a lawn of over 240 m² and a 130 m² sandpit with white sea sand. The school has a full set of activity rooms: sewing and woodwork workshops, an art studio, a children's kitchen, an English–Vietnamese library and a modern audio-visual room.
